This popular well known property was an old Manoa neighborhood market and shop turned Starbucks. Andy’s Deli had a roof that was leaking and looked really old! Cool Roof was hired to stop those leaks and seal the entire roof. These are great before and after shots!

Another Hotel in Waikiki that underwent a transformation recently. Cool Roof was selected to install the Shake Roof at the Pool Bar. A signature project of Cool Roof, we also installed waterproof coatings on the Grand Stair Case and in the lobby at the Planter.

Outrigger Reef had a complete renovation over the past few years. Cool Roof was selected to waterproof a large traffic deck above the Shorebird Restaurant. (They have a great cheeseburger)! We also waterproofed the lanais on the ocean, and spiral service staircase. A beautiful hotel right on the beach.

This great restaurant needed to keep the patrons dry under the awnings in the back and Cool Roof was called to solve the problems. We installed a Cool Roof coating over the existing awnings. The stairs and upper walkway were deteriorating, so we replaced some wood and then applied a waterproof traffic coating over the entire staircase in dark brown so you would never be able to tell.
