Cool Roof was hired to waterproof the roof on the upper areas of the Hon Blue property. The customer selected the Gaco Silicon product that is guaranteed under ponding water and has a 15 year manufactures warranty. After we completed the roof Photovoltaic Panels were installed.

A great place to grab dinner. This property is a busy market and grille. The owners had a leaking old pitch and gravel roof. We removed the gravel and installed a Cool Roof and new skylights. Out team loved the project because the owners who were so nice at the grille gave our team fee lunch every day. You must try the Teri Beef plate the best on the island!
