A previous unlicensed  contractor attempted to fix some leaks on the house, and restore the old concrete tile. After some heavy rains, and only a few months the other contractor was no where to be found and the leaks were still there along with peeling paint! We were called because of our attention to detail and cleanliness while getting the job done right. As you can see, the project turned out great. The customers have reported no more leaks! You get what you pay for when you select a unlicensed person for a amazing low price, sometimes it works, but moist of the time problems can be created.
