In 2006 we thought we bought the perfect house, until summer arrived and our house became a sauna, with temperatures reaching close to 100 degrees. Even with the AC on high and two fans blowing, temperatures were still in the 90’s. Not only was the heat unbearable, but the afternoon showers followed us inside the house as well, with the roof leaking in six places.
