It’s been exactly a month since we’ve contracted the services of Cool Roof Hawaii to install a solar fan and the Elastomeric Coating on our roof. We wish we had done this sooner. We always say “Lucky You Live in Hawaii” but now we say “Lucky You Live Under Cool Roof.”

Until we had the solar fan and roof coating, we spent our day outside as the house was unbearable. If we stayed indoors, we had to either put the A/C on or use the ceiling fan and still endure the heat. Of course with electric costs so high, we usually opted to suffer. Now, we can stay indoors all day without the A/C or fan. The monies we saved on electricity has surpassed the amount we spent for your services. I already noticed this in my current electric bill.

Satisfaction of product/services is primary. No one can deny that. However, when you get top notch customer service with that, no one can be more satisfied and pleased. This is what we got from you and your men. I was in awe as I observed your men during the days they were here. On the first day they came, we had a plumbing company over working on our solar system. Your men arrived while the plumbers were at work and one of your men went to one of the plumbers, introduced himself, extended his hand and explained what they were planning to do and also told him if any of their supplies were in the way to let him know. Though your men are strangers to me, it made me feel so good to be in contact with men like this.

For the two days your men were here, we could hear laughter on the roof rather than loud, blaring music. To me, it showed they had pride in the company they worked for and conducted themselves accordingly.

I don’t know whether you were aware of it, but we e-mailed asking for a favor and one of your representatives called to say you were out of town and would be back in a couple of days. He wanted to make sure it was not of an emergent matter; otherwise he would handle it. Again, exceptional customer service!

All of this would not be possible without the man on top. You have instilled in your workers pride in the company the work for and the product/services you provide. All of this have been displayed by your workers.
