This Tile roof looked old and dirty. We gave it a facelift by cleaning the roof then restoring the concrete tiles to a light brown. The family saved thousands of dollars by restoring their existing roof opposed to reroofing the entire house.

This “cricket” was leaking. Haiku is one of the prettier places on this island, but also very wet. We removed the tile to reinstall new torch town material. After the base and cap sheet were installed, we reinstalled the tiles. No leak have been reported after significant rain following Cool Roof Hawaii’s installation.

A previous unlicensed contractor attempted to fix some leaks on the house, and restore the old concrete tile. After some heavy rains, and only a few months the other contractor was no where to be found and the leaks were still there along with peeling paint! We were called because of our attention to detail and cleanliness while getting the job done right. As you can see, the project turned out great.
